An All-New 2020 Toyota Highlander is Coming Soon!
One of Toyota’s most popular SUVs is due for a facelift. And wouldn’t you know it, the completely redesigned 2020 Toyota Highlander is coming sometime in December 2019. Edgier looks and advanced technology, more safety features and even a Hybrid model – what’s not to love? Here are a few teasers for the new 2020 Toyota Highlander, coming soon to Jay Wolfe Toyota.
It’s the fourth generation of the Highlander model, and it’s time for something fresh. The all-new design has chiseled features and a bold, aggressive look. It’s more aerodynamic and has less wind noise than the outgoing model, plus it’s more stable than ever.
Among three-row crossovers, the Highlander is tough to beat for cargo space. Being 2.36 inches longer means even more cargo volume than before, plus more comfort in the second row.
Connected equals convenience, and the 2020 Highlander embraces that. Not only are Apple CarPlay and Android Auto available along with standard Bluetooth connectivity, but Amazon Alexa compatibility lets you connect with your vehicle like never before.
Waze, SiriusXM satellite radio, navigation, and amazing audio experiences are controlled through a segment-leading ultrawide 12.3-inch multimedia display.
Keep It Safe
Of course, Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 technologies are found in every trim level for the 2020 Toyota Highlander. They include Automatic High Beams, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist. New for 2020 are Lane Tracing Assist and Road Sign Assist, keeping you out of trouble as you drive.
Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Parking Support Braking, and Intelligent Clearance Sonar are all available too.
Two powertrain options are available. The 295-hp 3.5L V6 is standard for all gas-powered models. And if you haven’t caught it yet, that means a hybrid version is once again available.
The hybrid powertrain offers a 2.5-liter four-cylinder paired with electric motors, combining for 240hp. Fuel economy is estimated at 34mpg city and highway combined.
And as always, the Highlander gives you two choices of drivetrain – front or all-wheel-drive systems that keep you well in control.
In just a few short weeks, the 2020 Toyota Highlander will be here at Jay Wolfe Toyota. Call us or keep an eye on the website to stay up to date on information.
