Can I Drop My Car Off for Service After Hours?

You’re running late getting home from work to bring your car to the service department for its appointment tomorrow. The morning looks like it’s going to be hectic too. How are you going to get your Toyota to its service appointment?
At Jay Wolfe Toyota, it’s no problem if you can’t bring your car in during the service department’s hours. There’s an after-hours drop box, and service director Greg Heins is going to walk you through how to use it.
“Pull up in front of the gate” at the service department and turn your car off. Don’t worry, no one’s going to come yell at you for it. If Greg says it’s alright, then it’s alright.
See the big mailbox on the side of the drive? Lift the lid and look inside. Greg says, “There’s an early bird envelope in here. Fill out your information, sign the bottom, and make sure you have your best contact number for us. Once you put your keys inside, put it in the slot, and we’ll call you the next morning to confirm any details. “

What Information Do You Need on My After-Hours Envelope?

You aren’t asked for your birthday, social security number, or bank account details. All you need to provide is your accurate contact information, your vehicle, and any special instructions. One of the most important things is the signature on the bottom.
And, of course, don’t forget your keys!
